Term I

31 August - 25 October

GROUP CLASSES

POLE TECHNIQUE

Classes that build pole vocabulary trick by trick, at a level that fits where you are right now. No routines to memorise, just tricks taught and woven in short spinning pole combinations. These may include dance transitions and floorwork that tie them together.

Levels I, II and III. Eight-week courses or drop-ins (skill prerequisites apply).

POLE CHOREOGRAPHY

Level-based classes that build a full routine over an eight-week course, layering the choreography week by week. The genre changes each term, with some styles taught in heels and others barefoot.

Levels I, II, III and X. Eight-week term course (skill prerequisites apply).

SEASONAL DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY

Heels · Chair · Floorwork

Courses run over eight weeks, sometimes on a single full routine, sometimes on shorter pieces taught across one, two or four weeks. The offerings rotate seasonally.

Levels I and II (not all levels run every term). Eight-week term course for full routines, drop-ins welcome for shorter routines.

COMPLEMENTARY DANCE TECHNIQUES & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Flexology · Adult Ballet

Classes designed to complement pole dancing, building the range, control and line that everything else rests on. Flexology works on mobility and the activations behind cleaner splits, extensions and chest-opening, while ballet trains core activation, posture, carriage and fluidity.

Open level. Eight-week courses or drop-ins.
